Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for the proposed Nevada County Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance, in the maximum amount of $255,985, for the period July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2018/19 Cannabis Policy and Compliance and General Fund budgets.
