Resolution approving Amendment 2 to Agreement 15-RCVBL-01115 between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for Agency Adoption Services, extending the termination date to June 30, 2018, increasing the maximum contract price from $293,854 to $303,854, for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
