Resolution authorizing the Director of Facilities Management to approve plans and specifications for public projects with an estimated construction cost of $50,000 or less individually and not more than $350,000 annual aggregate project costs, approving a Qualified List of General Engineering Contractors, approving Master Services Agreements with Freschi Construction, Hansen Bros Enterprise, C&D Contractors and Deschaine Enterprises, all from of Grass Valley, CA for an initial one (1) year period beginning July 8, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and approving the option to renew the Agreements for up to three (3) additional 1-year periods.
